Shiva Tattva Yoga School offers 500 hour residential and affordable hatha yoga teacher training courses in Rishikesh (India) registered with Yoga Alliance USA. This 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) is designed for beginners and intermediate level yoga practitioners. The duration of this course is eight weeks. This course helps to prepare you for a more advanced personal and professional approach of yoga. You will also learn to use yoga props to support all levels of students to practice.

Yogi Sachin om is an E-RYT 500 student by Yoga Alliance USA and is the founder of Shiva Tattva Yoga School . He was born in Rishikesh at the foothills of Himalayas India . He did two years master degree in Human Consciousness and Yogic science from Gurukul Kangri Univ. in 2006 . He is a highly trained and experienced yogi, who is extremely passionate about his role to spread the ancient knowledge of yoga worldwide .
Rishikesh is located in the northern part of Uttarakhand. Rishikesh has been the centre of spiritual and religious activities since ancient times. This place situated on the right bank of the river Ganga is surrounded on all sides by beautiful hills. Rishikesh is the gateway for pilgrimage to Badrinath and Kedarnath. Rishikesh is also referred as the yoga capital of the world and it houses a number of ashrams offering yoga and meditation courses.
This famous pilgrimage spot is also noted for its traditional and cultural performances, exotic cuisine and many other enriching unique factors which fascinates the tourists coming here giving them a wonderful experience. Its serene and holy atmosphere inspires the pilgrims with pious thoughts. It is around Rishikesh where sages, seers or the rishis and munis in ancient times practiced severe penance and meditation. Rishikesh is also an interesting place for those who adventure as passion for in recent times; it is developing as a place of adventure tourism like white water rafting.

This newly constructed building is famous for its attractive paintings and statues from the Hindu mythology. Situated just across the Lakshman Jhula.
Swarga Ashram: one can find numerous temples here. This place has the eating joints and shops where one can do shopping. The beautiful statues in the area mesmerise the visitors.
This temple of Goddess Durga is situated on a hill at a distance of 25 kilometres. On foot, it is just 5 kilometres away from Narendranagar township and at a distance 3 kilometres from the Hindolakhal bus stand. There is a road for jeep and taxi to reach the temple from this place. Panoramic views of the Rishikesh valley and the snow-clad Himalayan peaks can be seen.
Crossing Lakshman Jhula, the main temple you will see is Kailash Niketan Temple. It is a 13 storey structure slightly different from regular temples. The temple has sculptures of all the gods and goddesses.
This place is 12 kilometres away from Rishikesh on foot but by road, it is at a distance of 38 kilometres. The legend is that after taking poison found as a result of churning of the ocean, God Shankar's throat turned blue and that is why the God Neelkanth was installed here. The devotees visit this place throughout the year but during the whole month of Shravan, the temple is thronged by tourist and devotees.
There is also another suspension bridge across the Ganga which is known as Ram or Sivananda Jhula. Ram jhula is located 3 kilometres (1.9 miles) north of Rishikesh at Muni Ki Reti. There are some of the Hindu ashrams and religious centers like "The Gita Bhawan", and "Swarg Ashram" located here. It is also a connecting bridge between Swargadham, Gita Bhawan and other temples with Sivananda Ashram. Though similar in design, this bridge is bigger than Lakshman jhula. This bridge constructed with the span of 450 feet (140 metres) and above 59 feet (18 metres) from summer water level.
This Jhula is built over Ganga en route from Rishikesh to Devprayag, at a distance of 4 kilometres from Rishikesh. This bridge connects the borders of the areas of Tehri and Pauri. The legend is that Ram Chandraji's younger brother Lakshman performed penance here. After his name, this hanging bridge came to be known as Lakshman Jhoola. A grand temple of Lakshman is situated in the vicinity of the bridge. There are many temples nearby which are worth seeing. It is made over river Ganges to cross the river and is a landmark of Rishikesh. A similar bridge near Lakshman Jhula is Ram Jhula It is said that Lakshman crossed the Ganges on jute ropes between the place where this bridge is built.
