Siva's life is totally dedicated to yoga. He has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and is sharing his knowledge about yoga's philosophy and origins in Varkala.
As a Swami Satyananda disciple, his fascination for the teachings of Patanjali and his love for yoga practice have changed his life completely. He discovered yoga as a way of living is the perfect communion between mind, body and soul.
Siva himself practices yoga around 4 hours a day and has gained tremendous knowledge of the asanas (yoga postures), developing techniques he can make accessible to everyone, according to their level of experience and flexibility. Whether you are new on the path of yoga and self-discovery or are looking to deepen your existing practice, this yoga vacation will take you and your understanding of the true principles of yoga and conscious living to the next level.
A traditional Kerala lunch and a fruit juice / coconut per day is included in the package.
