How the course works

The course consists of one 60-minute online session per week for 10 weeks and three explanation and answering questions sessions (60 minutes each), all via Zoom.

The coronavirus is a serious thing. It is spreading quickly, and there is no cure yet. However, there are many steps you can take to protect yourself. Apart from limiting your exposure and practicing good hygiene, you need to boost your immune system and manage the negative emotions of this situation (fear, stress, and anxiety). Meditation, yoga, and mudras can help you with this. Therefore, there are two special guided meditations.

Meditation 1: Immunity booster

Learn three powerful tools for boosting your immune system: relaxation, pranayama breathing, and a special visualization and affirmation practice. This will help you improve your health and greatly strengthen your immune system.

Meditation 2: Anxiety and fear management

You may be anxious about catching the coronavirus or worried about family and friends getting sick or dying. This meditation will help you ease fear and anxiety by working through it in your body with mantras, chakras, and mudras.

Yoga

Regular yoga with mudras practice can help you immensely to harmonize your body and mind and thus also strengthen your immune system because yoga fills you with plenty of life energy, promotes your blood circulation, and even has a positive effect on your lymphatic system, your intestines, and the immune-strengthening glands.

Yoga can protect you from illnesses or alleviate existing symptoms - from classic cold symptoms to headaches, fatigue, and depression. On the one hand, regular yoga practice has a positive effect on the entire immune system and thus health: yoga stimulates all immune functions in the body, ensures optimal detoxification, and effectively reduces stress (known to be one of the main causes of a weak immune system).

But there are also special asanas that are particularly effective in preventing colds, coughs, and sore throats. Only five exercises ensure that your immune system is stimulated on different levels. The whole sequence is perfect as a preventive measure during the classic cold season or when you notice that a cold is approaching. It takes about 15 minutes depending on how long you want to do the individual exercises and is suitable for beginners as well as advanced.

Mudra healing

Mudra is a specific body position that channelizes the energy produced by asana and pranayama into the various centers and arouses particular states of mind. Some mudras are done separately after asana and pranayama and others are performed with asana and pranayama to help awaken the chakras and arouse the Kundalini energy.
