In this seven-day program, you will get a clear idea on the theory and practice of classical Tantra yoga and how to embody it in your daily lifestyle. Starting the day with Sanskrit chanting, Vedic rituals, and yoga sadhana, you are charged for the day. During the day, you have the chance to talk with the guru to talk about different spiritual and yogic topics, help in the daily tasks with Karma yoga (selfless service), and learn how to make daily tasks into a meditation. In the afternoon, the day will be ended with a meditation class and aarti ceremony (chanting and offering).
