Ever since Patricia came in contact with Ayurveda more than eight years ago, she has been on a deep dive into a yogic life, the search for truth, and the path of healing. After completing Hatha yoga training in India, she founded Sapana Yoga in 2015. Her search led her to take many different trainings: Ayurveda, Yin yoga, Vinyasa, Qigong, functional anatomy, Reiki, akashic records, Thai massage, Restorative Aerial yoga, Bhakti yoga, transformational facilitation, vegan nutrition, and lately a coaching training.
Gabriel Grimaldi
Gabriel started on the path of yoga 7 years ago with the aim to find balance and wellbeing. The more he practiced, the more he wanted to know, and that led him to travel all over the world to try different yoga styles and practice with many teachers until he found the one that resonated with him: Jnana yoga, the path of knowledge. The method he practices is self-inquiry: mainly this is going deep into the “I am” sense in the search of one's true nature.
