Shamana Atitlan is creating for you a rich and tranquil environment for learning, relaxation, and transformation. You will emerge nourished and replenished knowing how to integrate this wisdom into your life.

Integrating the ancient teachings of Ayurveda and yoga for harmony and well-being, you will receive practical guidelines for a healthy daily routine, diet, and detox to illuminate your entire being while weaving in transformational work using guided visualizations, group process, movement, cacao ceremony, and much more.

The yoga classes are suitable for all levels, no previous experience is needed!

Yoga and Meditation practices will facilitate:

Shamana Atitlan provides intimate care with an attentive ear and a loving heart throughout the program, providing private consultations, coaching, and treatments. Located in the village of San Marcos La Laguna which is known as the “Capital of Yoga of Central and South America”, on the shores of Lake Atitlán.

The lake is known for its healing energy, attracting spiritual seekers from all over the world. Living among the Mayan community, one is inspired by the ancient local traditions, cultures, and wisdom present here. Access to the lake is a 10-minute walk from the center!
