Shakti Yoga Studio invites you to live a one on one program joining a daily routine on a weekly Shakti journey. Experience yoga and holistic therapies in a secluded place next to a Caribbean beach and the jungle. Silence, beach walks, aromatherapy, massages, and a Caribbean life. Nature will help to connect you with your essence and feel the freedom of your being.
Every day can be different, everything can happen in the Caribbean Rain Forest. Sun and hot days, flat and green ocean or rainy and humid days, big waves and dark ocean. Everything is simply beautiful and perfect.
Go with the flow is the first lesson to release mental structures, relax and live in peace.

Visit to the Wildlife Refuge of Gandoca Manzanillo, habitat of different species of birds and animals.
We will walk through the jungle trails, exploring hidden beaches, where we finally stop to practice Quantum Flow, connect with our free spirit, jump in the ocean and have fun!
Our brunch will be a rich pic-nic.
Silvia is a yoga teacher since 2009 and intuitive Quantum healer offering Quantum Flow, a transformational method working through grounding, alchemy, embody techniques, breath works, vibrational sounds, meditation, energy uplifting. As a Quantum holistic therapist, she focuses on energy-emotional therapies, aromatherapy, craniosacral, and massages as deep tissue and Thai. She works with Chinese medicine's meridians and elements that she incorporates into the quantum practice and massages. Her purpose is to help others to increase their life with harmony and joy.
Puerto Viejo is a chanting little Town on the Caribbean South of Costa Rica. 12 km of wild and amazing beaches, Wildlife Refuge and National Park. Talamanca mountain on its back, with waterfalls, rivers, indigenous reserves, it´s the Cacao land. The rainforest is green with a great variety of plants, lichens, flowers, habitats of monkeys, sloths, toucans, parrots and a lot of other species of birds and animals. This is the land of calypso, reggae and patois, but also a multicultural environment, a fusion of colors, taste and languages.
Healthy brunches will be served, mostly using organic local products.
There are many things to do, depending on what you are willing to create and experience in your retreat. Definitively, this is the place to connect with nature and feel like part of the whole. Keep silence and just listen, from the observer place, stay in your present moment as much as you can.
Talamanca region offers several options like waterfalls, rivers and Indigenous territory, whitewater rafting, canopy, surf, and kayak. You may simply bike along the coast and stop to the several amazing beaches. Wildlife Refuge Gandoca Manzanillo and Cahuita National Park are a must.
You may also connect with the local Caribbean culture and have a tour in town with a local guide plus a cooking class with lunch or dinner. Ayurveda cooking classes and sessions are also available. Talamanca is the region of the cacao. Discover the process of how to make chocolate from the fruit bean, take a chocolate tour. Visit one of the several organic farms and permaculture programs.

Juan Santamaría International Airport

From Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) to Puerto Viejo it takes around 6 to 7 hours. Regular bus schedule from San José downtown bus station run from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. every two hours approx for about 10 USD.
From Puerto Viejo you may take a taxi to the venue for about 4 USD. Private shuttle bus from the international airport or your Hotel in San José area will take you to 200 meters from the venue for about 50 USD.
Several rental cars are available at the airport. It´s important to keep in mind that if you land late in the afternoon, it will be better to spend the night in San José., as it is not recommended to drive wile it is dark as roads are not easy to drive.
Internal flights from San José National Airport (next to the International) to Limon city are available. Check Sansa or Travel Air
From Limon city to Puerto Viejo it takes 45 minutes. You can take a taxi that costs around 40 USD or Caribbean Shuttle.
