Arya's acquaintance with yoga happened at a very young age because of his father Sri Vivek’s influence and motivation. For 15 years, he has lived and followed the ashram life, but his hunger to learn yoga and philosophy took him to the Himalayas. The sages noticed his passion and zeal in him and taught him secret mysteries, which are still unknown to the people. He also gained knowledge in naturopathy, acupressure, pranic healing, and learned the philosophies of Buddhism, Jainism, Sufism, body anatomy, and physiology. He is currently doing Ph.D in yoga.

With an experience of six years, he demonstrates different aspects of classical asanas with great precision. He is based in Rishikesh, but often visits other parts of the country too to teach yoga to the enthusiasts. He is trained from international school of yoga Ved Niketan Dham in Rishikesh and got the master's degree in yogic sciences from Sanskrit University, Uttarakhand.
