Learn about Hawaiian spirituality, the breath of ha, as well as participate in the sacred Hawaiian blessing ceremony, using authentic Hawaiian chanting. Shakti Sacred Healing does not believe in remaining in one place throughout your retreat as this paradise has so much to show you, so they will be taking you on excursions to local waterfalls, beaches, hikes, and visits local historic towns.
The retreat center has many cabins you can choose from. Ocean View Loft Cabin sleeps two people with its queen-sized loft and a full-size futon and will be shared accommodation. The Ocean View Tiny Cottage Cottage can sleep one person or a couple with its queen sized bed. Bathroom is shared between the loft cabin and tiny cottage. The Ohana with a private bathroom can sleep between 4-6 persons depending on bookings.
You will be provided with all the toiletries including towels, shampoos, soaps toilet paper, etc. Wi-Fi internet is also available. The beautiful whale watching yoga deck is perfect for watching the sunrise on the Pacific ocean or the whale breaching during the season.

Sidra is your Master Healer and Meditation guide. Sidra has worked with meditation and plant medicine for 5 years. Her sacred healing sessions encompass many practices to help promote stress relief, healing, as well as connection to your life path. The method utilizes the practices of Shamanic healing as a foundation, incorporating touch, breath work, chants, natural plants, and guided meditation. Resolving these emotional blocks also helps alleviate certain physical and emotional ailments and promotes grounding and heightened intuition.
Chelsea has been teaching Hatha yoga for 12 years. She has 260 Hours of teacher training completed at Shambhava School Of Yoga. Hatha yoga is about finding balance. Through working with the physical body, releasing tensions and traumas stored in the body, you create space in yourself and, through that space and balance, the opportunity for spiritual growth. Join her on this beautiful journey of self exploration & finding balance.
Alea Backus has been practicing yoga for 16 years. Through her first yoga teacher, she found Sacred Path Healing Arts School on O'ahu where she learned to find balance in harmony in herself and facilitates healing for others. After many years of study, she graduated and also became a certified Integrated Health Coach. Alea uses healing techniques she learned while at Sacred Path Healing Arts School to ground spirituality and weave the beauty of interconnectedness into her healing practice.
Tifanny embraced the vegetarian lifestyle 25 years ago. A strong interest in health and wellness led her to work in the natural food industry for many years where she gained knowledge of herbs, supplements and the healing potential of food. Tifanny believes in simple, flavorful food and is equally comfortable in creating delicious vegetarian and vegan food. She is excited to share the gift of clean, nourishing food made with intention and love.
Papaaloa is a great little town with friendly people, library, restaurant and farmers market on the corner. Beach, diving, surfing, hiking, and fishing are also easy day trips. One can spend days chasing the many private waterfalls and exploring the property. Also in nearby Laupahoehoe, there is a free Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts, gas station, and convenience store.

If you would like to travel around the big island, Hilo city is only a few miles away from the retreat center. You can visit the Kilauea volcano national park which is now open with no volcanic activity. Helicopter tours are also available to get a perfect aerial view of the volcano and the boiling pots waterfalls. Hilo city is only a few miles away from the retreat center.
Local massage center in town is also available for an extra fee.

Please type 35-165 Papa'aloa avenue on google maps. One on Papa'aloa avenue turn left immediately after two speedbumps. The second gate to your left is the entrance to the retreat center.
