"Excellent experience for my husband "
My husband has lived a stressful life in finance for 20 years and he came back with an amazing positive energy after spending a week at Sewall House. He loved the yoga classes - he’s pretty new to it and he said it’s was a great workout but also relaxing and he learned so much. He enjoy the variety of different types of yoga offered and the instructors were fantastic. His room was adorable and bathroom was brand new . He also loved the downtime between classes where he went kayaking on a beautiful lake, got a massage , visited a cute town , and went to a waterfall. I knew he was happy because he took a lot of pictures ! He also loved the food, so much that he bought their cookbook and presented to me so I can cook his favorites for our family :) I hope that I can have a chance to come with him next time ! Thank you Sewall house!

"Seawall house yoga retreat is a must."
The Seawall house is a very well preserved home full of historic details and memorabilia. The team at the Seawall House is first class everybody is extremely welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and discreet at the same time and they all genuinely wanted to help me and give me a great experience. The Yoga teachers are fenomenal, Ajeet, Donna and Karin. Kerin is also a great massage therapist and an artist.
I went there with the intention of becoming more flexible and I got so much more, I cannot thank them enough.
The food is fresh, delicious and plentiful, I never had vegetarian only food and it was great.
I would LOVE to go back and I highly recommended it.

I loved the yoga! Donna made it fun and tailored it to our individual needs and abilities. The house was really comfortable and my bed was divine! It was great to be able to use the sauna, and lounge around on the window seat in the front room. The food was absolutely amazing! Healthy and delicious!
