"Serena embodies yoga, and ALL it means. Her introduction to Ayurveda in our teacher training inspired many of us to give it a try right away. And her asana practice is a truly spiritual experience."

"This was truly a heart/mind/body nourishing experience. I now feel confident to move forward as a teacher and know which areas of yoga to focus further study. My own practice has dramatically improved through the principles of alignment study. I also really appreciated the teaching in philosophy, particularly the yoga sutras."

"Phenomenal, life changing, and deeply enriching educational experience. Transformative. I came here thinking I would learn a lot, but not necessarily be able to come out of training and teach yoga right away. I feel differently now, empowered and capable. I feel confident that I will have support from Serena, my peers, and the IYT community as I grow as a teacher. My life was deeply enriched, personally and professionally."

"The learning was packed in - yet never boring! It was given with great wisdom and also an underlying acceptance to all of us, wherever we are in our journey. We were treated as family!"

"I completed my 200-hour IYT in July 2014 with Serena Arora and Liz Heffernan at Thrive Naturally Yoga & Wellness, and I feel blessed to have been able to study yoga with them. They embody the philosophy, teachings, and life style of yoga in a way that I found inspiring. Upon embarking on my journey at Thrive Naturally, I had no intention of teaching. My desire was to only deepen and expand my personal practice. However, the experience has opened and transformed me in ways that compelled me to "take the seat of a teacher"; so that others may also experience the gifts yoga has in store for them! Namaste and thank you!"
