What is a retreat?
It is to isolate yourself from all the distractions and worries of everyday life so you can have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of yourself and experience a little of the wonder of who you really are beyond your ideas, emotions, and prejudices.
Who is it for?
This retreat is for anyone, whether or not they have practiced meditation and yoga, who has the desire to transform their lives positively.
About the program
All people have contained emotions that do not allow them to live life fully. They cause negative emotions and prevent them from being free, authentic, and happy. This is a wonderful journey wherein you will have the opportunity to deeply heal through laughing, crying, and other emotional release techniques.
Also, through meditation and silence, you will have the opportunity to connect with your true nature, opening your heart.
The retreat is divided into three stages: laugh, cry, and be silent. In each of the stages, you will have active and passive meditations, a little yoga, and energy techniques. During the stage of laughter, you will be allowed to speak, then later on, you will remain silent.
Note: to make the most of the retreat, it is highly recommended to turn off your cell phone and refrain from listening to music, reading, or writing during it.
