Learn the principles of Ayurveda from the Sen Wellness barefoot doctor and discover what your Ayurvedic doshas are and how these energies relate to you. Their physical characteristics, mental patterns and personality traits determine the ratio in which the three doshas - vata, pitta, and kapha - occur within. Through understanding these principles an empowered sense of your own make up - physical, mental and spiritual - can be discovered. Together with the doctor, a program of traditional Ayurvedic therapies including herbs and complementary dietary advice is provided to reset a balanced state of being. As sister science Ayurveda and yoga work together to reconnect you to your true universal nature through direct life experiences.
