5.5-5.7: coming back from an amazing weekend defining the difference between being a warrior and a goddess (i came in as a strong warrior (caring, fighting, for others mainly), and came out wanting to be a goddess, meaning now it's about self care, self love!) cleansing of the soul, don't want to come down from this feeling, mind, body, soul energized to focus on my personal development. i am holding space for myself right now.

It is one of the most serene, peaceful places that I have ever been to, especially the willow tree on the little island in the lake. Such an amazing and wondrous heaven for meditation and introspective. Oh, and the energy from the vortices, it can be overwhelming so make sure to protect & shield yourself.

The Food: Wellness includes treating myself well. At Sedona Mago's Taoist retreat the food (some of it locally grown) is mostly vegan with some fish/dairy offerings. But there's always lots of coffee; let's not get crazy about health :-D

The setting: What a beautiful part of the world. Every trip to Sedona includes a 1/2 hike for me to enjoy the climb and views from the great terrain of Arizona.

The company: While all the workshops I've been in have been a stacked deck of like-minded people, some of the most valued friendships I've made have started at Sedona Mago Retreat

I have visited Mago retreat for the last eight years and each time it is more beautiful. Great for a relaxing break with family right through to workshops that can change the course of your life. Great hikes, horse riding, healing programs and my favorite place is the healing garden by the willow tree
