Stephanie has been teaching Pilates for over 30 years. She has been running her own Pilates groups for over 10 years in Turkey. She is fluent in Dutch, English, German, and Turkish. Over the years, she has developed a technique mixing Pilates, yoga, and some martial arts. Sessions include materials like Pilates ball, small softballs, and dumbbells and elastic loops or bands. Besides working on a stable and strong core, all workouts have a dose of exercises to strengthen your muscles; focusing on the ability and well-being of the client, motivating people to learn to trust their body.
%Jane has been teaching yoga for eight years, firstly completing her Hatha yoga training in Boston, then a full year of training as a Kundalini yoga teacher. She has also trained with Maya Feinnes. Jane is also a sound therapist, cutting her own CD five years ago, called Resonance. A background of holistic and healing work supports all her work, making the experience very special. Jane says she loves the transformation of the people who come to the retreats, wound up like a coil inside and leave, and floating on a cloud. Her yoga is energy giving, life force giving, and healing.

"Welcoming warm resort"
We enjoyed a relaxing time in Turkey at the beginning of October. It‘s been still quite warm and the weather was nice. We felt welcome from the start and Orcun and his team were able to react flexible to every wish. It was nice to have a boat trip and a hamam visit included to get to know the cultur differently. The vegan dinner was always amazing.

"A lovely yoga holiday in a beautiful setting "
I really enjoyed my week at the Sedir Resort. It is a stunning location & the entire site is beautifully maintained. It’s a traditional, family run establishment that has a natural, unspoilt quality which is likely to appeal to a clientele drawn to nature & peaceful surroundings.
The holiday included an hours Yoga / Pilates every morning, excluding Sundays. Personally, I would have preferred Yoga every day, but I did enjoy experiencing the Pilates. The instructors were both very knowledgeable & experienced & it was lovely starting each day with a class in such a gorgeous setting.
I would describe my vacation as a “yoga holiday” rather than a full on yoga retreat, which I realised prior to booking. The resort is perfect for a relaxing holiday with plenty of spots for quiet contemplation / meditation. There were other guests not on the retreat package who were all very pleasant & friendly. The family & staff were lovely & I felt very comfortable & looked after. Airport transfers were included & my driver was waiting for me as soon as I exited the airport.
The holiday also included a boat trip & a Turkish Bath which I thoroughly enjoyed.
I would 100% recommend this holiday. It wouldn’t suit those looking for a more intense yoga retreat, but that’s apparent from the description. It’s absolutely perfect for people like myself who are travelling solo, but enjoy the company of like-minded people & a beautiful environment. I will definitely be returning 🙏🏻.

Perfect location and lovely hosts and the balance of holiday and yoga/activities was perfect for what I wanted. very peaceful and friendly and fun, so easy for a solo trip. Yoga instructor Heather was amazing, very experienced and pitched classes perfectly for the group. Definitely planning to go back.

A relaxed and very hospitable atmosphere created by the owners, which was enhanced by the early morning Yoga and Pilates sessions.

"Hidden paradise "
The accommodation, food, yoga and the warm family atmosphere.
from Great Britain, November 2018
was very much like a retreat atmosphere especially with there being very few people staying, and had the scenery as well as accommodation to go with it. The family that ran the resort were very accommodating, and liked having shuttle into town which was not very far. Was a little suprised although out of season that not more people were staying there.

"Felt like a 2nd home here "
The view of the mountains. The home cooked meals. The service and kindness of the owners. Having classes on your doorstep each morning. Having activities organized for you like Turkish bath and boat trip to turtle beach. You could buy a bottle of local wine and drink as you go in the week.
