Denisa is a plant-based chef, health coach and author of the cookbook - Cooking from your heart. She helps people fall in love with themselves, their bodies and their food. She has a passion for life, health and spirituality. She mission to help people from all over the world to fall in love with themselves and to live a life of purpose.


Ollie is know as The Soul Aligner, he is a life coach, mentor, and a healer, well known for bringing people back into alignment in all areas of life and helping them to discover a life of passion and purpose.


Meet Mike. He has been teaching yoga for 15 years and describes his classes as a combination of Hatha yoga, that incorporates the precision and alignment from Iyengar Yoga and the softness of other styles like Sivananda. After years of boxing and strenuous sports Mike's became tight and rigid, yoga reversed that tightness and transformed his body to such an extent that he now shares his love and knowledge of yoga with students all over Thailand and Koh Samui. Mike's classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
