Hey, I’m Cris. I'm a restless soul always seeking for new experiences. I'm deeply in love with traveling, surf, and practicing yoga. Since I was a little girl, I practiced all kind of sports and loved trying new things and meeting new people. I grew up playing in the dirt with the boys, being a tomboy. My travels took me to San Diego (California) where I lived for many years. That is when my yoga practice started as a way of dealing with my anxiety problems. My yogi background started with Bikram and evolved to Power yoga, taking my first 200hrs YTT with CorePower Yoga.
Heya, I’m Amelie! I started my yoga journey in Spain and India, where I was first introduced into the traditional school of Ashtanga yoga, getting to know the eight limbs yoga philosophy of Patanjali. In the last few years, I have opened my practice and teaching for both dynamic Vinyasa with many playful elements as well as recovering, calming forms like Yin and Trapeze yoga. I work with an open mind, mixing different styles and schools according to what my or your body needs. Yoga is a lifestyle to me: a philosophy, a way of thinking and treating myself & others, medicine for my mind & body.
