Jed Pennell began his physical yoga practices in 1999 under the tutelage of Sujita Sklenar at Oregon State University. Here, he found a path for the radical transformation of the body and a portal to the infinite spirit. He enjoys self-inquiry, nature, surfing, art, laughter, breath, movement, sadhana, Hatha and Nada yoga. His classes often infuse laughter, play, shamanic wisdom, yogic philosophy and sutras into organic flow based movements of the spine, body, and breath.

Anita’s passion for Ayurveda and yoga weaves an alchemical blend - a trinity of yoga, breath, and sound melting into beauty, rasa, and stillness. Josephine has been practicing yoga for almost 50 years. She has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. She never aspired to teach yoga, but she knew that it was her path forever. When she began to teach, she had to be creative with how to spread yoga in her community. She was among a very small group of yogis then. Today of course, yoga is like wildfire and everyone is either practicing or wants to give it a try. For Josephine, this is a wonderful thing. She believes that the more people in the world on the yogic path, the better the world will be.

Shortly after Ashley began her personal practice, she knew she wanted to share and hold space for others to unfold in their own personal transformation. Colynn has practiced yoga for over 19 years, and chose to increase her knowledge of yoga by attending a teacher training over 5 years ago, that coincidently started at the same time her short list to medical school came through. It was apparent to her almost immediately that Medical School was not the answer to health care burnout, living her passion, supporting people in self-healing and empowering women. Fresh out of yoga teacher training, Colynn was asked to teach the anatomy portion of a YTT and it wasn’t long until Med School and nursing were history.

"BALI YTT 200 HR "
I really enjoyed getting to know new people and all the students coming together to help on another make it through our training. I enjoyed the training towards the end after the instructors came together to make it a “yogic” environment. I enjoyed trying new foods and the Balinese are super sweet and accommodating! The teachers led really amazing meditations and the spiritual lessons were really cool. The ceremonies were life changing and I really enjoyed getting to know myself more!

"Above expectations, inspiring"
Well thought out, yet flexible program with all three facilitators (Krystalyn, Josephine and Michelle) being so well balanced, delivering endless knowledge, experience and love every day. Loved the location at the magic lake Atitlan and the vegan food of course. This YTT enabled us to practice yoga holistically and meet amazing people along the way. A great start of a beautiful journey.
