Monsoon season note
Please note that, from June to mid of August, it is monsoon season in Kerala. The people who are looking for ayurvedic treatments, usually, prefer the monsoon season. This period is also considered as the off-season, due to less foreigners’ visits and to having most of the restaurants and accommodation facilities closed.
It is a good time to do indoor Ayurveda treatments, as it may rain a lot and the temperature is cooler, but in the same time, please keep in mind that many activities, like swimming, star gazing, trekking, biking, walking in the forest and others might become impossible to embark upon.
