Multi-style yoga teachings and yoga therapy are the main attractions of the program focused on providing an opportunity for the participants to plunge deeper into the concepts and principles of traditional yoga teachings to gain in-depth understanding of the ancient technology of wellbeing. This 300-hour yoga teacher training course has been divided into eight efficient modules to ascertain the quality of yoga teachings.

Module 1: History of yoga therapy, concept and principles as well as characteristics of yoga therapy, meaning and basis of yoga therapy, and integrated approach of yoga therapy.

Module 2: Concept of health and disease, mechanism of disease according to yoga, development and reversal of disease according to body, mind, and soul approach.

Module 3: Physiology and effect of stress leading to psychosomatic ailments and how to use yoga as a therapeutic procedure for stress management.

Module 4: Body-mind-soul approach to understand cause and remedies of diseases according to yoga.

Module 5: Yoga for common psycho-somatic disorders such as neck pain and back pain, yoga for sciatica, yoga for diabetes, yoga for high blood pressure, yoga for asthma, yoga for IBS, yoga for pregnancy and constipation, pre-natal and post-natal yoga, and many other physical disorders and mental disturbances.

Module 6: Physiological basis of dynamic and static forms of yoga and concept of multi-style yoga such as Power yoga, Hot yoga, Flow yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga, Hatha yoga and Hatha Vinyasa yoga, Sivananda yoga, Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation, rope yoga and chair yoga as therapeutic procedures, as well as teaching methodologies.

Module 7: Concepts and principles of teaching methodologies and practical implementation of teaching methodologies.

Yogini Manisha

Yogini Manisha is a highly qualified yoga master recognized by Yoga Alliance USA as an experienced registered yoga teacher. She has been associated with teaching activities as well as developing unique yoga sequences at Yoga School India since 2010. She has grown up and studied in world yoga capital. She has educational background supported by diploma in yoga and graduation degree in arts. Yogini Manisha has gained the core understanding of ancient yoga teachings under renowned yoga masters, including K. Pattabhi Jois of the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, and attained her highest proficiency in Iyengar yoga from Yogi Chetan Mahesh and Yogini Usha Devi.

Yogini Manisha has been recognized as a multi-style yoga instructor who has proficient skills in delivering authentic teachings of Hatha yoga, primary and secondary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Sivananda yoga, Kundalini yoga, Flow yoga, and many other yoga styles. Sumit is a head of department at Nirmal Ashram Hospital Rishikesh and chief physiotherapist at Shiva Cricket Academy Rishikesh, as well as a certified Pilate's trainer from Indian Academy of Fitness Training Mangalore. He did his certification course in manual therapy from Capri Institute New Delhi under the guided supervision of Doctor Deepak Kumar, who is the only accredited Mulligan therapy teacher in India.

He is popular among students for his all-famous simple and contemporary style of offering in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology in both theory and practical. Primarily focusing on therapeutic aspects of yoga teachings, he has enlightened hundreds of aspirants across 35 countries with his knowledge and wisdom.

Sumit's qualification covers masters of physical therapy in musculoskeletal disorders in orthopedic branch and diploma in sports medicine from West Bengal. He has expertise in the field of physical therapy including posture imbalance and sedentary life disorders. He is always keen to share his wisdom of Ayurveda teachings and specialization in pain relief techniques.
