The serenity of nature envelops you in her calm embrace. At The Yogi's Garden, feel the earth and all that she offers with cruelty-free farmland, plant-based restaurant and yoga retreat center.

Program

Explore the nature of conscious awareness through modern-day neuroscience and ancient tantric teachings and learn to induce trance, rewire neural pathways of the brain, erase limiting belief systems and how to plant the seeds of the purest, most powerful intentions at the most receptive moments for radical transformation long after the Nidra practice is complete.

Discover your own unique spiritual authority, present moment awareness and become empowered to empower others to find their own inner guidance and liberation.

This training can be taken by anyone as a stand-alone module without the need for any previous qualifications. A Somah Journey’s yoga Nidra facilitator certificate will be awarded at the completion of the module.

This yoga Nidra immersion offers an experiential approach to learning and is open to teachers seeking advanced yoga teacher training certification as well as therapists, counselors, parents, dedicated yogis, healers, those in need of deep rest (so that’s everybody!).

During this training you will learn the history, theory, structure, and practice of yoga Nidra, as well as the tools and techniques required to confidently create and deliver your own original guided meditations.

Hosted in a brand new luxury, permaculture retreat center tucked away in the heart of Bali’s luscious, tropical countryside, we will take an experiential and non-linear approach to learn. Immersing yourself far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trail we will deeply retreat ourselves amongst nature to explore our own true nature of inner peace and steadiness. Your chef-prepared vegetarian meals will be grown right here on the land so that all we have to do is rest deeply and be cradled in the arms of Nidra Shakti.

Yoga Nidra brings a new layer of understanding to your yoga practice, on and off the mat. Especially helpful for those who are challenged by traditional forms of formal meditation, this guided, shamanic technique brings you deep into the essence of who and what you truly are in an incredibly accessible way. It truly is a profound and transformative meditation practice to relax and heal with many proven therapeutic benefits.

With stress now proven as the leading cause of most disease, anxiety, and depression at epidemic levels and with 1 in 3 chronically sleep-deprived - rest has become more than a radical act but a lifesaver. Yoga Nidra could well be the antidote to modern-day living and is currently the fastest-growing yogic practice.

Rooted in Eastern Tantric philosophy, yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep" is both an ancient meditation practice and a state of awareness. It is a secret doorway to having direct access to your own divine intelligence and liberation that already lie within. These same notions are also reflected back within the shamanic approaches across cultures. Vision quests, dreamwork, and shamanic journeying.

In this yoga Nidra facilitator training Bali you’ll learn practical, accessible tools for slowing the mind and body down into deeply restorative states of consciousness.

Tap into your own creativity, insight, and intuition to create original yoga Nidra practices that help others find deep rest and dissolve physical, mental and emotional blockages.

School of Sacred Arts offers a step-by-step, and nondogmatic approach to understanding the various systems and lineages of yoga Nidra. On this TTC, you will learn the structures that make a yoga Nidra inside out, as well as the energetic and spiritual aspects of the practice so that you are able to deliver with confidence a responsive and intuitive meditation of your own creation. The schedule will vary depending on the needs of the group and with some days having additional ceremonies into some evenings.

In this exclusive perma-culture retreat center nestled in the Balinese countryside, you will start your days off with a morning practice of asana, breathwork meditation, and of course yoga Nidra. You will be served organic chef-prepared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, grown on the grounds for full pranic restoration in between diving into the practices, theory, and magic behind this ancient meditation practice.

They want their students to experience the full depths of the practice from its therapeutic purposes and deep restfulness and awareness to its potential for potent spiritual awakening so you can expect plenty of guided yoga Nidra from across a range of different schools and styles and be bathed in sound and song healing as well as plenty of self quietude and reflection time.
