Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with SauYoga Meditation Centre. Registration with SauYoga Meditation Centre meets the identified standard set by the organization.

This program is designed in such a way that everyone will understand every aspect and intermediate / experts in yoga and meditation will love to dive into the deep ocean of knowledge. The advantage of this course is even if students will get real exposure to meditation and deep levels of meditation, they will also learn yoga, mantras, and different aspects of yoga.

Meditation is a practice where an individual trains their mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end in itself. It is the doorway towards awakening.

At some point in time, everyone gets sad, frustrated with the situations happening around them. Many people get into the depression and it becomes very hard for them to stand up from that point in life. Meditation is a continuous practice of conscious awareness of these situations.

“To Let Go” is the thing which meditator understands deeply by himself. He just became as a watcher of the things rather than responding to the same. This opens a new vast universe of knowledge to the meditator.


The course mainly focuses on Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. Unlike all other teachers training courses which are major focuses on asanas, pranayama, mudra, and bandhas, this course is focusing on the most important aspects of yoga.

Asanas make the only physical body flexible but to work on our spiritual bodies we need to understand the science of Swara yoga. The aim of this course is not keeping a student in the outer layers of yoga but getting them in the deep ocean of spiritual knowledge.

Study material

Students will get the study material and a book of Bhagavad Gita (English) with the course. Students will also get a t-shirt and stationaries required.


There will be an exam conducted on the last day of the course based on the teachings. There will be practical exam sessions for every student on how to conduct meditation sessions. Based on the examination, the certification will be awarded on the last day.

The student has to attend all the sessions and lectures to be eligible for the examination. In very critical cases, the student may allow skipping a few classes but minimum attendance required should be more than 80%.

Everyone who visits Shirdi Sai Baba temple goes through Nashik. Shirdi Sai Baba was an Indian spiritual master who was regarded by his devotees as a saint, fakir, and satguru, according to their individual proclivities and beliefs.

You can spend weeks and even months exploring the beautiful sceneries of Nashik. There is something for everyone. If you love water, you will find huge backwaters in Nashik and you can even spot flamingos in Nashik from time to time. Nashik is also surrounded by mountains which make it heaven for trekkers.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (BOM). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. Cab charges from the airport to Nasik is about 60 USD. It will take about three to four hours to reach the destination.
