This is a teacher training that will take you on a sacred journey in a beautiful ashram right at the Ganga in the Himalayas in India. This course is only for women and will teach you how to teach Hatha yoga with Tantric Vinyasa, Pranayama, and traditional Tantric practices of India like Fire Puja and Yantra making.
This course is certified by Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour training and will be attended for three days by an Indian Tantric Master, who will introduce you to sacred fire ceremonies and initiate the creation of a living Yantra. These are devotional techniques that will open you more to the divine energies of the Goddess. As a way of bringing you more and more into the heart, you will regularly share devotional singing, women's sacred dance, Hridaya meditation, and the worship of the great Mother Ganga river.
There are varied room options, including modern, clean furnished shared air conditioned rooms with en suit bathroom and private garden or basic single rooms with communal bathrooms.
During this training, you will learn how to practice and teach Hatha yoga with Tantric Vinyasa. This style suits many students as it is a Yin and Yang style of practice. As well as there being a dynamic purifying Vinyasa aspect, you will also hold asanas for longer periods to experience a deeper energetic activation and opening of the body.
This training also offers traditional Tantric practices, Hridaya Hatha yoga and meditation, kriyas, pranayama, fire ceremony, kirtan, sacred dance, and women's ritual. Through these joyful practices, you will naturally come to embody the wisdom of the teachings of yoga from the essence of your femininity.
The location is the beautiful Osho Gangadham ashram / retreat center, 4 kilometers out of Laxshman Jhula, situated by the Holy Ganga river, in the forests and foothills of the Himalayas.
The ashram offers three healthy, wholesome meals a day, filtered water and herbal teas for break times.
