In September 2015, we are delighted to be running another of our popular yin/yang yoga escapes to the much-loved boutique venue, Hotel Tigmi. During the course of the retreat, besides two yoga classes daily, the instructor will also teaches an extra workshop: Alignment, Structure and a Firm Foundation. These extras will explore common postures through adjustments, modifications and a little playful partnerwork.
We run nurturing yoga and meditation retreats for anyone seeking to rejuvenate body & soul in beautiful surroundings. With a background in wellbeing and travel writing, we have been lucky enough to have experienced (and reviewed) many yoga escapes.
