An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation in Morocco

During this meditation retreat, you will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, as based on the standard eight-week MBSR program. Taught by the 'Mindfulness for Dummies' author, Shamash Alidina and Satvada co-founder, Lucia Cockcroft, the classes will include: breath-centered practices, the Body Scan Meditation, a 'mini-meditation' (which you can draw on at any time when you are feeling stressed) and mindful Yoga. Learn how to bring mindfulness into everyday life!
