Your Weekend Yoga Retreat at Sat Nam will start with welcome tea and healthy snack on Friday night and a short orientation. On early Saturday morning, we will have Sadhana for the Aquarian Age. Throughout your stay, there will be daily Yoga classes including Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama (Breath) workshop, meditation, gong therapy and more. Enjoy garden walks, garden meditations and vegetable or flower picking during your stay.
You will get a one-on-one attention to help you meet your wellness goals, including sessions on nutrition, food combining and personal challenges. Complete your retreat with our Saturday night dinner on the Garden Terrace followed by a bonfire (weather permitting) and drumming circle. Enjoy a one hour rain drop massage, one hour float and one Jacuzzi soap bath with essential oils and salt rub.
Sat Nam Bed & Breakfast offers accommodations for visitors seeking a getaway from the everyday stress. It is a cozy, beautiful and safe space, where you can uplift you spirit, let go of stress, regain your sense of wellness and get a great workout.

Sat Nam is located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, whose energy has been long recognized by spiritual seekers of many traditions. The area is especially known for the Yogic Ashrams such as SYDA and Sivananda, located just minutes from the Sat Nam property. Like the ashrams, Sat Nam draws on the balancing powers of the surrounding nature, allowing visitors to absorb the beauty of forests, mountains, rivers and reservoirs found throughout the local area.

"My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sat Nam Yoga Spa recently and our experience was lovely. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful; our room was surrounded by a balcony with a view of the lush gardens. The floatarium is the ultimate in relaxation and bliss (it was my second time "floating" at Sat Nam). Marilyn is a kind and doting host - we had everything we needed and more. I wish we had more time to spend at the spa for kundalini classes but know from prior experience that Marilyn is an excellent teacher. Highly recommend!"

"For those who want an immersion into yoga, meditation, peace and good food, this is the place to go. Marilyn is a Kundalini yogi master so be prepared to work hard (and gain a lot of benefit from it). She is also a lovely host who makes everyone feel at home. The floating tank is more like a large bath (than a tank) so for those who have ever been hesitant to try it (like me), it's not as scary as it might seem to be a tank and it was an amazing experience. Her grounds are very well kept and the accommodations clean and well kept too. We were never lacking for food, conversation and relaxation."
