Deluxe Weekend Yoga Retreat New York

During your weekend yoga retreat at Sat Nam, you will get a one-on-one attention to help you meet your wellness goals, including sessions on nutrition, food combining and personal challenges. Complete your retreat with a Saturday night dinner on the Garden Terrace followed by a bonfire (weather permitting) and drumming circle. Enjoy a one hour rain drop massage, one hour float and one Jacuzzi soap bath with essential oils and salt rub.

Marilyn will need to have an interview with you prior to booking to design the retreat according to your food allergies, needs, and expectations.

Retreat location

Sat Nam is located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, whose energy has been long recognized by spiritual seekers of many traditions. The area is especially known for the Yogic Ashrams such as SYDA and Sivananda, located just minutes from the Sat Nam property. Like the ashrams, Sat Nam draws on the balancing powers of the surrounding nature, allowing visitors to absorb the beauty of forests, mountains, rivers and reservoirs found throughout the local area.

Take exit for 1-95/George Washington Bridge toward Cross Bronx Expressway/ W 178 Street.

Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Interstate 95 Lower Level S/ New Jersey/ George Washington Bridge and merge onto Interstate 95 Lower Level S/ George Washington Bridge.

Take exit 72A on the left for New Jersey 4 W toward Paramus.

Merge onto NJ-4 W.

Take the New Jersey 17 N ramp to Mahway/Garden State Parkway N.

Merge onto NJ-17N.

Take the New Jersey 17 N/Interstate 287 N exit toward Interstate 87/North Y. Thruway.

Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-87 N/NY-17 N/Albany and merge onto I-87 N/Ny-17 N.

Keep right to continue on I-87, follow signs for US6/New York 17/Harriman.

Take exit 16 for New York 17 W toward U.S. 6/Harriman.

Merge onto NY-17W.

Continue onto NY-17 W/US-6 W.

Continue onto NY-17 W.

Take exit 107 toward Bridgeville/X Fallsburg.

Merge onto Heiden-Thompsonville Road.

Continue onto Co Road 161/Heiden Road. Continue to follow Heiden Road.

Turn right onto NY-42 N/Forestburgh Road.

Turn left onto Griff Ct.

Continue onto Railroad Plaza Exd.

Continue onto Water Street.

Continue onto Pleasant Valley Road.

Continue onto Mount Cliff Road. The destination will be on the left.

Arrival by bus

  • Coach USA/ Shortline buses depart frequently from the Port Authority (NYC) to Monticello, NY or Liberty, NY.
  • Cabs are usually available on site for further transportation.

  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date.
