The accommodation is located in the beautiful Itria Valley in Puglia, Southern Italy, between Ostuni and Cisternino - land of the Trulli houses (round stone houses with cone-shaped roofs), immersed in a magnificent hill landscape with the characteristic vineyards and age-old olive groves of the area.
Nearby are the historical towns of Cisternino, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, and Alberabello all within a 10 to 20-minute drive. Beaches are around 25 minutes away, and the forest of Fasano is also easily accessible.
The international airport at Brindisi is approximately a 40-minute drive away and Bari is further to the north approximately 60 minute drive. Both airports have a good selection of international flights including British Airways, Easyjet, and Ryanair.

Dishes are prepared almost exclusively with ingredients from their organic farm that offer total freshness.
They produce organic fruit, vegetables, and extra virgin olive oil. The fruit and vegetables they consume are in season, they use a variety of grains and vegetable proteins, all combined with lesser-known natural ‘superfoods’ (miso, seaweed, spirulina, tofu, seitan) to balance the nutritional intake and balance needed.
The Samadhi Cafe, the Kitchen of the Sun, is completely dedicated to healthy, balanced, and organic cuisine and is run by international experts in vegetarian and vegan natural cooking.
In the preparation of the dishes, they try everything beyond the concept of ‘good’ and ‘typical’: food that is tasty but also healthy, creating natural, light, and balanced recipes. Tasty and healthy for them are synonymous: this is their starting point in preparing the dish.
It is possible to get a massage treatment or a Rolfing (postural treatment) for additional payment.
