Sardinia Yoga offers a yoga holiday rather than a retreat. They have a yoga class every day so you can arrive any day you prefer and stay for as long as you wish (minimum 3 nights). Energize and refresh yourself with a morning yoga by the beach on the stunning east coast of Mallorca and have a delicious brunch, then you are ready to spend the rest of the day doing exactly as you like, you can explore the local area, enjoy a variety of activities, or relax at the hotel just reading a book in the shade.
The hotel offers standard and superior rooms, both with and without sea views. Sardinia Yoga mostly uses standard rooms, but upgrades can be arranged on request and subject to availability when you arrive.
There will be yoga class every morning for 2 hours. This is followed by a buffet-style brunch of healthy Mediterranean food which all the guests will eat together. The rest of the day is then free.
The classes will be dynamic Hatha and they are suitable for beginners and more advanced yogis. The teachers have plenty of time in the 2-hour class to give everyone individual attention. Extra yoga sessions in the afternoon are available.
You can enjoy visiting local markets, boat trips, horse-riding, cycling, exploring caves, spa treatments and many other activities. For the evening there are many local bars and restaurants in nearby Cala d’Or town, just 5 minutes away, and our guests often meet up for social dinners (there are no restrictions on food or alcohol).
You are welcome travelling solo, with friends or as a couple, and you can get involved socially as much or as little as you like as the retreat has a very relaxed social vibe.

Heidi will be teaching in Majorca on October 15-22, 2016. Heidi teaches Vinyasa flow yoga, blissfully infused with the grace of asana, flowing through the breath towards a soft, meditative mind. Heidi's youth was dedicated to exploring the color and beauty of our exquisite world. Since returning to the UK, she has been on a very different kind of journey - an inner journey. The path of yoga lights the way to our inner world, an ocean without depths, beauty beyond words, and an expanse without horizon.
Caroline is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching since 2006. Her classes are Vinyasa Flow in style and draw upon influences from the many teachers she has studied with. She uses Mindfulness Meditation techniques in her classes and also runs Yoga Nidra & deep relaxation. Caroline considers herself to be an eternal student. Her emphasis is on playfully exploring what is available to her students in the present moment, creating a sense of ease in the body to find ease in the mind.
Micki has devoted herself to the practice of yoga and all that it encompasses. In 2008, she completed her teacher training and in 2010, she began her advanced teaching training of Pranakriya with the masterfully-skilled Yoganand Michael Carroll. As a teacher, Micki strives to show the many amazing facets of yoga, not just the asana practice or that ‘fancy pose’ the person next to them is doing. She encourages each student to accept who has shown up on that mat that day and simply be happy with that.
