Heidi Pascual

British Wheel of Yoga (Yoga)

Triyoga, London Yoga Alliance UK (Yoga)

Heidi will be teaching in Majorca on October 15-22, 2016. Heidi teaches Vinyasa flow yoga, blissfully infused with the grace of asana, flowing through the breath towards a soft, meditative mind. Heidi's youth was dedicated to exploring the color and beauty of our exquisite world. Since returning to the UK, she has been on a very different kind of journey - an inner journey. The path of yoga lights the way to our inner world, an ocean without depths, beauty beyond words, and an expanse without horizon.

Caroline Biddle

Caroline is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching since 2006. Her classes are Vinyasa Flow in style and draw upon influences from the many teachers she has studied with. She uses Mindfulness Meditation techniques in her classes and also runs Yoga Nidra & deep relaxation. Caroline considers herself to be an eternal student. Her emphasis is on playfully exploring what is available to her students in the present moment, creating a sense of ease in the body to find ease in the mind.

Micki Ramondt

Micki has devoted herself to the practice of yoga and all that it encompasses. In 2008, she completed her teacher training and in 2010, she began her advanced teaching training of Pranakriya with the masterfully-skilled Yoganand Michael Carroll. As a teacher, Micki strives to show the many amazing facets of yoga, not just the asana practice or that ‘fancy pose’ the person next to them is doing. She encourages each student to accept who has shown up on that mat that day and simply be happy with that.

I had a wonderfull stay and enjoyed meeting new people, who were really authentic and friendly. The hotel and the food was lovely too. The only little negative thing I can think off is that the location off the hotel feels a bit isolated. It's quite a walking distance to the small harbor Porto Cervo and taking a taxi to another place is very expensive.

The flexibility off booking dates was perfect as well (although I had to get used tot the fact that people come and go all the time) and loved the fact that there are no strict rules. You can do Yoga but enjoy a good pasta with a glass of wine in the evening as well. As we are all adults I think this is the way to go.

Last but not least, I loved my yoga teacher Micki! She is so balanced, I learned so much from her short 'tutorials' during yoga class!

We have had a very nice yoga experience with Sardinia Yoga. The accommodation was nicely built into the landscape, the food was great especially the brunch menu and it was well-organized from the hotel. Lauren, our yoga teacher was very friendly and help us a lot to improve our yoga skills. We recommend Sardinia Yoga for a yoga vacation.

Top score from us because we couldn't fault our yoga holiday. Our teacher, Lex, was encouraging, extremely knowledgable and an amazing teacher. Meditation was fabulous resulting in a few of us falling asleep "literally". Lex is a fantastic find with real authenticity and we would definitely wish to book a yoga holiday with him again. He made sure he met everyone when they first arrived and always invited yogis out in the evening which we thought was a lovely touch if you were holidaying alone.

The hotel Cala D'Or was immaculate with incredible views, brunch fresh and plentiful. Beach and pool, bar and terrace well kept with plenty of beds and seating. Staff always helpful with a smile.

Thank you and please pass on our very best to Lex - we are doing our 12 sun salutations every morning!

I had a wonderful time with Sardinia Yoga in Grand Hotel Porto Cervo!I appreciate mostly the flexibility of arrival/departure dates, variety of food, single rooms and free time in the afternoons.Emma was a wonderful instructor, practice with her was truly amazing! It was great to practice in the morning and feel the sea breeze on the skin. The hotel deserves 4 stars, the rooms are clean and nice, and I loved my garden view room with sunbed and private piece of garden. Some places, like the beach bar, require renovation though.

I had a brilliant time with relaxing yoga in a stunning location. Truly relaxing. I enjoyed fab dinners in Porto Cervo's world class Italian restaurants with superb Sardinian wines. Enough time to brush up on my rudimentary Italian soaking up the sunshine in the afternoons. Would like to return definitely.

I had a fantastic time in Majorca at Cala D'or and I can only recommend it to everyone who likes yoga, beach and a relaxing time in a wonderful atmosphere!Everything was well organised. Only the transfer from/to the airport by taxi is too expensive on your own so it would be good if guests get informed to use a hotel pick-up shuttle bus which takes a bit longer but is a lot cheaper. And bring your own yoga mat!I loved my teacher Zoe, the hotel, my big double room with pool/beach view and balcony, the excellent brunch, the pool including jacuzzi, the stunning beach/bay, the cristal clear blue water to dip in, the lovely little town and port with plenty of restaurants and especially all the good talks and great laughs with my new yoga friends! I just had an awesome time, everything was brilliant. I will definitely go again, or try out Sardinia! :)Thank you for everything, really well organized! Excellent service and super friendly contact with Dawn, Andrew and Sandra. I am so super happy I could be part of this yoga retreat so spontaneously!

We loved our Sardinia Yoga experience. Perfect location and good choice of hotel in a stunning setting. Lauren, our yoga instructor, was very kind and an excellent teacher attending to our comfort and developmental needs. I definitely think my yoga improved and I am keen to keep progressing in my classes back in the UK. The brunch was delicious and a great way to relax and refuel whilst making friends within the group. Our boat trip was ok but expensive because there were only 7 of us, so 60 euro each and only a bottle of water as hospitality. While you cannot help the weather we were cold and came back early as the clouds rolled in. However, our trip to the market was great and we bought some really nice good quality shirts, a dress, and pashmina. We ate most evenings in the local restaurant Hivaoa as recommended, which was excellent. Overall, everything was perfect, including the booking administration, being met at the airport and having mineral water in the room. Everyone was so kind and helpful thank you.
