Timing of sessions (MST/GMT-6 and GMT-7 for sessions after November 6, 2022)

The live sessions will take place at 3 p.m. All times are based on MST (GMT-6) during summer and GMT-7 for session/s after November 6, 2022.

Pre-application requirements

Each student must have their own yoga props. For example, a yoga mat, two (2) cork blocks (4 x 6 x 9), one yoga strap, three (3) yoga blankets. Other optional yoga props are chairs, bolsters, foam blocks, eye pillows, and sandbags.

How the training works

The private sessions will be held virtually and live via Zoom (an online meeting software). Please note that this is not a self-guided or pre-recorded videos program.

You will meet with Sarah once per week for 3.5-hour online sessions, plus two Saturdays per quarter. Each session includes a guided asana (yoga poses) practice, meditation, and relaxation techniques, plus lectures on all the topics listed on the level 1 syllabus.

How is this program different?

Sarah will walk the path with you. Yes! Her personally. You will receive personalized guidance, encouragement, and Holistic Life Coaching along the way.

She will not hand you over to other teachers. The reason most yoga teacher training programs have multiple teachers is because it is not easy to find one experienced teacher that is fully committed to sincerely walking the path along with you.

This program is 12 months! Why? Because it takes time to become the best teacher you can be by raising your vibrational frequency. There are simply no shortcuts in the real path of light and love. Anyone else who promises a quick and easy way to get certified just doesn't know any better. You might get the "information" you need, but you will not get the "transformation" you need. Real, sustainable change takes time. 12 months is the absolute minimum.

This long-term approach will ensure you have time to digest the information you learn, apply it to your own life, and transform yourself from the inside out so that you can inspire others to do the same for real!
