The retreat will be held at Nalini Retreat, located in a beautiful property nestled at the foot of Mount Warning, only two and a half hours' drive from the Sunshine Coast. You will be accommodated in private twin sharing accommodations.

    Sarah Haralambous is a full time yoga teacher on the Sunshine Coast. Her formal education includes completing a bachelor of coaching science, diploma of massage, level 2 swim coaching certificate, level 2 yoga teaching certificate, personal training and group fitness certificates. Sarah’s experience includes coaching and training in competitive swimming and outrigger paddling, lifting weights, running, and surfing.

This retreat will take place in Uki, New South Wales, Australia.

The retreat includes three delicious meals prepared for you daily. All tea, coffee, and snacks are also provided

During this retreat, you will have enough free time for reading, relaxing in front of the fire, out in the tranquil gardens by the lake or in the hammock on the deck
