Hale Kai, 3691 Lower Honoapiilani Road, Lahaina, Ho'okena, Hawaii 96761, USA

Yoga Retreat USA

When was the last time you set your tired, bare feet on the earth in new surroundings… walked in nature, formed close connections with other women, and made art and inspiring movement for a whole week without your phone dictating your daily focus? When was the last time you simply honored the beautiful skin you are in, and all the unique intricacies that make up you?

This whole-hearted Goddess retreat is calling, and wants your full attention for this week of pivotal heart-harmony and transformation! Through channels of healing modalities, activities, and excursions; we provide a whole-hearted space and itinerary to inspire a week of mind, body, and spirit rediscovery and realignment!

A vital part of the week is getting out of one’s comfort zone by experiencing eco-conscious living, a plant-based diet, cultural exploration, and adventures in nature to promote positive change in our thought patterns, physical bodies, and spiritual bodies, often neglected in today’s busy and modern world!

Through intentional group activities, discussions, scenic outings such as hikes, snorkeling and visiting sites, combined with a daily meditation, Pranayama, and yoga practice, guests will start to uncover their mental blocks or barriers to living their greatest life!

With sacred space held by an experienced facilitator (Sarah), vulnerable and honest sharing will be promoted and supported in a “closed container,“ as a necessary vessel to promote a path of healing momentum towards a life built on the foundation of each guest's vision, intuition, and dreams rather than social constraints, expectations, a cluttered mind, or survival mode instincts.

The sacred elements guide the daily schedule, topics, discussion and practice each day as a metaphor to see parallels in our spirit as well as nature around us! When we experience the primordial elements of life; the wind on our face, the heat of raw molten lava, and exciting heights hiked to gain new perspectives, we find out just who we are. But no not worry, we plan more than enough time, relax, restore, rejuvenate and hang out in hammocks!
