Sarah Parnell
Anusara School of Yoga Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Yoga)
Sarah cross the pacific in 2015 with inklings for a more colorful island-life. Originally from Northern California, she spent the past four years realigning with her aspirations of aerial silks, yoga, music, and international travel after finishing a B.A. in Psychology. On the Big Island, she found the intrinsic motivation to pursue her 200-hr yoga TTC under the Anusara tradition an currently teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Hot yoga at a local studio in Kona. She has also excelled the past three years in aerial arts, such as silks and lyra, as a professional performer and teacher.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Island Aerialist will pick you up from the airport if you arrive in the early afternoon between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. You may arrange your own transportation to Ozen Cocum Retreat Center via bus or taxi, but please try to be there by 7 p.m. the latest.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 10 days before arrival.
