This program aims for children to enhance mental capacity, creativity, and self-awareness. This yoga holiday is for the physical, mental, and emotional health of children group of 8 - 10. Saptrashmi Yoga is happy to introduce a yoga holiday program for students that is designed with the challenges and distractions faced by them these days in mind. Since students don't have much time to spare for yoga because of classes, homework, exams, social lives, and many more, Saptrashmi Yoga has created this 4-day program where they will learn and practice yoga techniques and asanas from qualified and experienced trainers. The program is aimed at improving their physical, mental and emotional health so that they can perform better in school and can have a balanced and peaceful life.
A home away from home, an experience like no other, nestled in the rustic lush greens of the village. Thankfully it is one of those villages that is still stuck in time, and nobody intends to change that characteristic feature of this tranquil haven.
The accommodation is in nature to give you the best view of snow clad mountains, sunrise, and sunset. The room has attached toilet and shower. Toilet papers, towels, laundry service, and sharing room. Single rooms can also be arranged on extra charges. Come experience true Indian Heritage.
Some of the benefits of the program are:
Children will learn the importance of perfect physical, mental, and emotional health, and the role of healthy food for perfect health. They will also discover the importance of curiosity and the art of questioning, what self-doubt is and why it is important to understand the self. Students will be better able to clear their fear, anger and excitement, understand temptations and how to change vices into virtues. The importance of hygiene, internal body cleansing, and mind-thought cleansing is also emphasized.
All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged.
