Yoga practice will stretch and strengthen the body with mindful asana practice. During this retreat you also will learn the Four Purifications and four pranayama exercises to balance the energy of the body and move stagnant energy, keep all vital areas healthy and stimulated, and practice simple meditations with profound effects. The difference between training and strengthening pelvic floor and core as well as how to apply these skills to your yoga poses and to your daily life will be learned also.
