"Inspirational Kids Yoga TT course!"
Before I had arrived, I had no expectations at all about the Kids Yoga TT course or indeed any aspect of Santhi Yoga... So I was pleasantly surprised.
Reshma and the rest of the Santhi Yoga team were warm, welcoming and helpful. The yoga space provided on the top floor for our course was nice and spacious and the traditional Ayurvedic food provided each day was delicious and plentiful. (I love Indian food)
Having travelled to India before, I had imagined, and was prepared for, the accommodation to be very basic and typically 'Indian' in terms of it's cleanliness etc. Again, i was pleasantly surprised when I was dropped off at a lovely villa with it's own shared and spacious appartments with ensuite bathroom. Totally adequate for me. I also happened to be sharing with another lovely like-minded yogini on the course.
The course itself was brilliant, and would totally recommend it if you're up for an intense 2 weeks. The teachers were inspirational and I loved the aspect of teaching Special Needs kids. It was very thorough too in that we we were assessed on our own teaching and took 2 exams - 1 at the end of each week.
We also got to do our own practice and had a Hatha / Vinyasa / Ashtanga class every afternoon led by top teachers which certainly deepened my practice even if just for a short amount of time.
I really enjoyed being based in Trivandrum and managed to make the most of staying there for 2.5 weeks during the course before travelling around beautiful Kerala.

"Santhi Yoga "
They were very very very ( can I add more :) ) helpful to me . It was my first time in India and they made sure I feel at home . I like how they presented the theories of kids yoga and how we practiced asanas in our class. :) I learned a lot from the teachers and I could say this course gave me more confidence in teaching yoga to my young students :)

I would like to thank all the teachers of Santhi Yoga for the lovely time and excellent experience we had in the YTTC. We received intensive personal attention and the best food I ever had in India. It was really great to do this course in a small group and with good teachers. Thanks a lot!

I loved being exposed to different teachers, different asanas and different methods. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, fun, patient and interesting. I was always challenged (mentally, physically and spiritually). I will deeply miss all my teachers. I would recommend Santhi Yoga to anyone interested in studying yoga, taking classes or even to come and visit these fantastic people.

The program was very well structured and the management was very responsive and responsible. All of the lectures were very interesting and were held by good and qualified teachers. I learned a lot. I really enjoyed the afternoon practical sessions and always left the classes with more energy than before. Overall I had a wonderful experience and have benefitted so much from the classes.

I had the most wonderful month training with Santhi yoga, the teachers were amazing, friendly, professional & humble. The month helped me realize my true self and my potential. The growth I experienced was indescribable. Santhi studio is clean, comfortable and safe, the daily meals delicious and filling and the course content educational. You will not regret doing your yoga teacher training here. The people I trained along with are my family and memories made here will be in my heart. Hope to return for advanced training

I attended the 2014 December 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course! It really feels like coming to Santhi was meant to be! I was suppose to attend a course in the North India which completely fell through and at the very last minute contacted Reshma (literally the weekend before the course started) to see if they could fit me in by any chance ,which they could! At first I had mixed feeling, I really don't like the south of India, but then again I was finally going to do my YTT! I don't regret going one single bit! I even started liking the south, which was probably more to the serenity and sheer joy I felt from coming from the daily schedule at Santhi. We had some fantastic teachers, I absolutely adored JP who we had for every morning asana lesson and for the yoga teachings before lunch. He was just the type of teacher I had wished for, he said so many fantastic things and really put not only yoga in perspective for me, but also religion and spirituality! What I really loved about the course was the variety of teachers we came across. Santhi yoga really went out of their way so that we could experience different ways of teaching yoga! I would definitely recommend Santhi to anybody!
