Cerro de Oro is a mountain at spectacular Lake Atitlán, bordered by volcanoes and traditional villages. Casa Ajal (awakening in Maya) is located in the skirts of Cerro de Oro, in one of the quietest bays of the lake. It is the perfect place to disconnect to connect with oneself, with others, and with nature.

Casa Ajal

The house and apartment were built with local stones. It is decorated with Guatemala's colorful textiles and artisanal handicrafts from different regions of the country. It has many garden platforms - ideal for practicing yoga with a wonderful view. You will find many spots to appreciate the sunrise over the mountains every morning. Direct access to the lake, just walk down the stairs while enjoying the gardens and the view. There is a private dock and if you swim 15 to 20 meters, you will find a floating dock.
