Established in 1992, the Santa Barbara Yoga Center is the oldest extant yoga studio in Santa Barbara, and home to some of the finest instructors in the state. Located in a beautiful, historic building, the studios have an expansive atmosphere, with twenty-foot ceilings, huge skylights and are filled with light. The apartment is available to one or two people because it has one queen sized bed. A full kitchen is yours for your use.

Program

The apartment and yoga classes are available every day, with a minimum two-night stay. Santa Barbara Yoga Center offers a personal retreat. You choose your schedule and the classes that fit best for you to deepen your practice and restore, from physically challenging to purely restorative. The apartment has lovely personal practice space and props as well. Also, although there is a full kitchen, there are many wonderful restaurants within several blocks of the center, which is right downtown.

Driving directions going North on 101 Freeway

  • Take Arrellaga Street exit.
  • After 5 blocks, turn right on State St.
  • At the next street, turn left onto MicheltorenaI St.
  • Santa Barbara Yoga Center is halfway down the block on the right. Its the big yellow building.

Driving directions going South on 101 Freeway

  • Take Mission Street exit.
  • From the off ramp, turn left onto Mission St. under the freeway.
  • After 5 blocks, turn right on State St.
  • After about 5 blocks, turn left at light onto Micheltorena St.
  • Santa Barbara Yoga Center is halfway down the block on the right. Its the big yellow building.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
