"Pretty disappointing but still some positive takeaways."
Vishnu ji, hands down is an amazing and kindhearted teacher. He has so much patience and compassion for his students and his practice. I am incredibly blessed to have met him. The food is stellar! It would be nice to have names next to the food! The meditation classes were very interesting as well. Seeing the mountains from every angle is quite peaceful.
from Germany, November 2019
I have accomplished a 200h Kundalini Yoga Training at Sanskar Yogashala in November. It was an amazing experience! We had a small group, so the training was more personal and intense. Both, teachers and stuff are very friendly and helpful. They treat you as a member of their own family! The ashram is situated in a quiet area, far away from the noises of the Rishikesh streets, which is also beneficial for the focus on your yoga training. The yogic food was also really tasty. I will miss poha.. 😂, one of my fav Indian breakfast dishes. I highly recommend the Sanskar Yogashala for accomplishing the yoga training or retreat. I am already missing the Ashram & the people from it!
