Nora Fredheim is the head and heart behind Sangha Society and finds purpose in sharing the practice of deep listening. She has been teaching yoga since 2016 and loves to take her students on a mindful journey through their own body and being. Her teaching is inspired by her training in classical Hatha yoga from 2016 and in Ashtanga Vinyasa from 2019. Nora is currently immersing herself on the Path of Devotion, opening her heart and voice to chant and sing the names of the divine. This has brought her to travel alongside her teachers to Costa Rica, India, and Bali.
Tuva is an experienced space holder and has been sharing her love for yoga since 2013. She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and has trained in Tantric Hatha yoga (Mahadevi Ashram) and shamanic Vinyasa yoga (KULA Collective). Her spaces are held with a loving presence and invite for deep introspection and arriving back into our hearts. Tuva is passionate about bringing healing to all areas of life. Besides her degree in clinical psychology, she has also studied other modalities of healing, with the aim of supporting the many aspects of our being to be healthy and happy.
