Sancti Yoga has carefully selected a weekend itinerary of blissful activities that will nourish your mind and body. Giving you that breath of fresh air you need!

This bespoke retreat will include:

Held in the gorgeous Oxfordshire countryside, this is the perfect setting for a yoga and wellbeing retreat. There will be a combination of group activities as well as free time for you to rest, rejuvenate, and take time to simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Press the reset button and spend the whole weekend on you!

You do not have to be an experienced yogi, the instructor will carefully tailor classes to fit with each individual’s experience, level, and needs.

Itinerary

Spend two nights in the Oxfordshire countryside. Take a breath of fresh air, and get ready for a weekend of bliss.

Day 1 - Arrival

On your first evening, you’ll arrive at a home-cooked feast, followed by an evening meditation and opening circle. Then you’ll have the chance to kick back and relax.

Day 2

You’ll wake up to morning yoga, followed by a delicious cooked breakfast. You’ll then be taken step by step through a workshop to guide you to headstand with 1-2-1 mentorship from Georgia.

Enjoy a scrumptious lunch, followed by a guided meditation. You’ll even be given tips and pointers to help build your own meditation into your daily life.

Try out a Pole Fitness taster session with our popular London instructor Becky Bagnall. Designed with beginners in mind, to build strength, confidence, and self-love.

Then get ready for a Cocktail Masterclass. Followed by an exclusive Sancti special… “Bliss to a Beat”. Take your cocktail to your mat, and immerse yourself in the music. This is a yoga class with a fun twist. It will take you from wherever you are to a total state of bliss!

You’ll finish the night with a candle-lit dinner.

Day 3 - Departure

Wake up to morning yoga and a beautiful breakfast. Next up, a splits workshop. Georgia will share with you her most wanted tips and tricks to get your splits from wherever you are!

Enjoy the countryside surroundings before you leave feeling full of total bliss!

How to get there

Driving directions

If you are using a Sat Nav to get to Common Leys Farm, please use postcode HP18 9UP. This will bring you in from 2 ways, the first way will take you to Oak Tree Cops, please continue passed that for approx. 200 -300 yards and you will see the A Boards and Smiths lane on your right hand side, alternatively it will bring you in from the other way.

You will go over the motorway bridge and you need to continue for approx. 200 yards and you will see the A boards on the left hand side and the lane is just there. Follow the lane right to the bottom until you come to a big green gate.

If you press the button a member of the staff will open the gate. There is plenty of car parking space available.

Arrival by train

The easiest option from London is to take the London Marylebone to Haddenham & Parkway train station (34 minutes). Upon booking, Sancti Yoga can book your taxi from the station to the retreat. Oxford train station is also close by.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 28 days before arrival.
