Ladywell Retreat and Spirituality Centre is an oasis of peace and tranquility with its spacious grounds and lovely woodland walks. It is a place where you can find space and freedom to explore your own deep desires, values and beliefs in a reflective atmosphere. Single rooms with central heating, towels and beddings will serve as the accommodation for this retreat. Adjacent to the rooms are sitting rooms, kitchenettes and bathrooms.

Samyama Yoga Weekend Retreat UK Program

Samyama Yoga's weekend yoga retreat focuses on cultivating daily mindfulness for an enriching experience. This retreat aims to give basic guidance on applying the principles of meditation to your everyday activities. Meditation involves a principle of awareness that you can practice in every moment of your life. Part of the weekend will be held in silence.

Samyama Yoga retreat content

Three different yoga practices, namely Yin, gentle and a vigorous flow, are incorporated in this retreat in order to nourish your body. Devotional intentions and ways of exploring and reflecting on the theme individually and in the group are going to be offered. This will include periods of guided and silent meditation in the forms of either sitting or walking to strengthen present moment awareness.

How to get there

Driving directions from London

  • Leave the A3 London/Portsmouth Road at Milford junction (A283) and take the A3100 to Godalming.
  • Next, make a right turn into Shackstead lane at the inn on the lake.
  • After that, follow the road onto Tuesley lane.
  • Lastly, turn right onto Ashstead lane where Ladywells drive can be found on the left side.

Arrival by train from Godalming

Take the train from Waterloo or Portsmouth line to Godalming. Once you arrive at the station, take a taxi going to Ladywell. The ride will take about just 5 minutes.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 60 days before arrival.
