Elena Valverde
Elena Valverde began her path of bodily self-discovery through dance, this makes her understand the powerful tool that the body is. After injuring her knees, she delved into the practice of yoga, finding in it the only therapy that healed her body. After this revelation, she undertook a 500-hour Ashtanga Yoga TTC in Costa Rica; and years later her love and passion for movement led her to deepen her knowledge about Vinyasa Flow yoga arriving at Sampoorna Yoga India in 2018. Since then, her teaching has been inspired by this process of expression that seeks to balance our being.
