The preparatory exercises aim to release energetic or physical blocks in the body before the asana practice. This practice intends to release tension and stiffness in the joints brings awareness to the body and the breath. This topic covers practice and teaching traditional Suryanamaskar with variations. Teaching each pose separately with its alignment, then focusing on linking the postures together and coordinating the breath with the movement. Chandranamaskar relates to the fourteen lunar phases. Pranayama is an expansion of the breath. Pranayama turns unconscious breathing pattern into conscious deep breathing to activate dormant energy channels in the body. The techniques of pranayama are rhythmic controlled breathing which involves inhalation, exhalation, and internal and external breath retention.
Pranayama utilizes breathing to influence the flow of prana in the nadis or energy channels of the pranayama kosha or energy body, gives a calming effect in the brain and mind. An advanced pranayama practice stimulates the chakras and Kundalini energy.
The Bandhas aim to lock the pranas in particular areas and redirect their flow into Sushumna Nadi for spiritual awakening. Students will be able to relate the use of specific mudras and their effect on the energetic and physical body through practicing the mudras throughout the course.

Understanding various body systems like digestive, skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, reproductive, lymphatic, endocrine, and nervous systems. Practicing and applying tension and compression theory relating to the joint and muscular movements in asanas. Apart from various body systems the lectures on the kinesiology of the spine and vertebra, fascia, levers, biomechanics of the postures, and muscle physiology and functional anatomy.
Studying yoga philosophy, its origin, aim, and tradition. History of yoga and its evolution, various yoga styles focused on specific goals. Lectures on Hathayogpradipika by Swami Swatmarama, Shivsutra and Vigyan Bhairav tantra by Shiva, Gorakhsanhita by Guru Gorakhanath from Nath tradition. Studying Yoga Sutras of Patanjali - There are many milestones on the path of yoga, and Patanjali is one of the most influenced Yogi in the yoga tradition.
Bhagwadgita With lots of wisdom shared by Sri Krishna to his disciple Arjuna on the war field of Mahabharata. Sri Krishna responds to Arjunas questions and gives him knowledge of various paths of realization. In the end, Arjunas questions were cleared and he receives wisdom from Sri Krishna.

Yogi Abhay has chosen his path of yoga and meditation following his heart. He dived deeply into Yoga and meditation and shared his wisdom with his meditative presence. Yoga teacher training or any retreat becomes very fantastic and enjoyable for him and participants. His inspiring teachings and presence creates a better understanding for participants and helps them to grow on the path of Yoga and meditation. He graduated his Yoga Teacher Training at Kaivalyadham, Lonavala in 2004 and since 2006 he has been teaching Yoga and Meditation in India and Thailand.
Lizet’s first yoga class was a sense of Deja vu. For three years she spent exploring Ashtanga, Kundalini, Iyengar yoga and Pranayama techniques. Lizet completed 200 Hr Yoga teacher training with Paul Dallaghan in Thailand in 2014. Since then she started sharing her lessons learned along the way with an open and playful heart. Participating in several vipassana meditation retreats helped her to be more aware of the body while practising asanas. Occasionally she enjoys acro yoga with fellow yogis and yoginis.
Acharya Yogesh has done one year Yoga Diploma at Kaivalyadham Yoga institute in India. Since 2012 he is teaching in 200 Hr YTTC and 300 Hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, India, and Europe. In January 2018 he completed 100th Yoga teacher training batch. He has studied Patanjali, Osho, Buddha, Gurdjieff, Sri Krishna, Sri Aurobindo, Shankaracharya and many more. His Philosophy lectures give an in-depth understanding of Holistic Yoga. He specializes in yogic philosophy, Hatha yoga, yogic anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and various cleansing processes. He is also a chakra healer.

During this training, you will be served a healthy vegetarian yogic breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Excluding lunch and dinner on Saturday. Usually, students would go out to explore the local area and beaches.
