This surf and yoga retreat is especially scheduled for adventurous women aged 35 and older - an age group full of wild women who tend to wear out the 20 year olds! Experience a twice a day surf sessions, daily yoga classes, a light and healthy breakfast and lunch, the best night time activities, and a fun surf contest at the end of the camp. Now you won't have to worry, you will for sure find a wine loving, dancing partner in crime!
Accommodations will be in Samatahiti’s eco-friendly retreat center. You will stay in oversized luxury bell tents, with real beds, and each tent has its own private, separate, bathroom with a gorgeous outdoor shower. Fall to sleep to the sound of the coqui, and wake up to the crashing waves.
Surf instruction is under the direction of former pro, and coach of the Puerto Rican National Surf Team, Robert Ferrer. Camp to instructor ratio is only3:1, giving you plenty of one-on-one attention.
Night time activities include an herbal workshop where you will make après surf body and hair refresher; a jewelry making workshop, a fire dancing lesson and a bonfire.
The last day of camp will be a fun surf contest with prizes for everyone. You will have a professional photographer there to photograph you ripping it.
Samatahiti’s premier eco retreat center in the surfing capital of the Caribbean is almost too good to be true. Walk to surf breaks, restaurants, gift shops, bakeries, and coffee shops, all within 10 minutes. Fall asleep to the sounds of the coqui singing, then wake up to the sounds of the crashing waves, look out over the ocean while you enjoy your morning coffee. Relax in a hammock, read a book, or enjoy a hot shower in your own private outdoor bath. At night, gather by the fire pit and compare experiences. And of course, enjoy yoga on the treetop yoga deck.
