Join this Hatha yoga course with Swami Samarpan Ashram in Rishikesh, India. Hatha Yoga means a balance between sun and moon Pranic energy. Swami Samarpan Ashram will teach advanced asanas, pranayamas, mudras, and bandhas based on the Bihar School of yoga by Swami Satyananda Saraswati and the ancient wisdom of Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is one of the primary practices and advanced practices of yoga. Hatha yoga is a foundation for all advanced practices of yoga. Hatha yoga teaches how to adopt the discipline of the mind, the body, and the emotions.
During this course, you will be accommodated at Swami Samarpan Ashram. If you would like to have a real ashram experience, this is definitely the place to be. The Swami Samarpan Ashram has eight rooms that can accommodate up to 16 persons. Basically, it includes shared rooms with two people per lodging. The ashram is growing its own garden with bananas, mangoes, lemons, rudraksha trees, and other vegetables. It is gifted with nature, making your sessions one with the universe and making you forget about your problems in the world.
Moreover, the ashram is more of a home that embodies a simple living where one can develop a positive attitude and an understanding of selfless service. It is a place of inspiration because it does not teach or preach; it exhibits, and you imbibe what is applicable to you.
Ashram life does not require renunciation or rejection of the world. Rather, its goal is to change one’s perspective on everyday life. It is recommended that you stay in the Swami Samarpan Ashram for at least 20 days in a year to relax, unwind, and reestablish a more wholesome and balanced perspective on life.
Hatha yoga means balance between sun and moon Pranic energy. They will teach Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras and Bandhas Ancient wisdom of Hatha yoga. They will teach science and its benefits of the Hatha yoga. Mostly, they will provide teaching of the Sat- Kriyas which have almost been lost in all Hatha yoga schools in the world and India too. Sat Kriyas is Netti, Dhautti, Basthi, Tratak, Kunjala and Sankha Paskhalana. They will provide 84 advance Asanas among 84 lakhs Asanas.
They will teach the secrets of the Asanas and how to awaken Kundalini energy. Hatha yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, India is not about physical fitness but rather to learn how to cultivate fitness of the mind and emotions, which is a combination of 8 limbs such as Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara ,Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.

Kapil Dev Bist has completed a yoga teacher training course under the guidance of Swami Samarpanananda Saraswati and he has studied in Shivananda Ashram, Rishikesh. He leads yoga teacher trainings and other courses in Swami Samarpan Ashram, Samarpan School of Yoga at Tapovan under the guidance of Himalayan master Swami Samarpan. Kapil Dev Bist also teaches in other schools around Rishikesh. He is the head yoga teacher of Swami Samarpan Ashram.
This retreat will take place in the veiled paradise of Swami Samarpan Ashram in India, where you can definitely focus on yoga and meditation training. Swami Samarpan Ashram is located in Lakshman Jhula, Tapovan, Rishikesh. It is just a 30-minute uphill walk from the center of the town, but only 15 minutes when going down.

All your meals are included in the training price. The meals served in the training will all be vegetarian. This is to nourish not just your mind and soul but also your body. Being healthy is something that should be taken care of.
Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the ashram rules may be dismissed from the sequence. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cater personal dietary preferences beyond the yogic vegetarian meals.
During your free time, you can enjoy Ayurvedic treatments available at the ashram. Samarpan School of Ayurveda and Treatments (SSAT) was established by Swami Samarpanananda in Tapovan, Rishikesh, as a wing of The International Samarpan Yoga Awareness Foundation (ISYAF). The aim of the school is to provide and teach holistic health with spirit, through ancient Thai herbal medicines and Ayurveda of the Himalayas.
