Mays has been teaching and studying yoga for the last 8 years spending years traveling and learning deep spiritual practices from enlightening masters around the world. As well as teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. Mays is also a Reiki master offers Reiki healing, deep yoga Nidra meditation, pranayama teaching, and is about to graduate as a naturopathic nutritional therapist. Mays loves to help people feel good with an overall mind body soul holistic offering encompassing beautifully healthy food.
Alexandra has been teaching yoga for the past twenty years. Her approach above all is to encourage the mind and body to come together through the breath and she believes that it is through this unity that a sense of peace or stillness can be experienced. She teaches a wide variety of methods and is known as an inspiring and intuitive teacher. Her classes involve asana, pranayama, yoga Nidra, deep relaxation, and meditation. She is also a shiatsu, massage and craniosacral practitioner whose clinic is based in central London osteopathy.
