Simone has been drawn to oriental disciplines, he started with meditation and yoga and at the time for him the world of spirituality is unknown. He traveled several times to India and studied traditional body massage and Thai massage, and finally, he realized that wellness means reaching harmony with yourselves, with the environment and the people around you. He's a professional massage therapist, he organizes regular Vipassana meditation classes, pranayama classes, devotional chanting, and he plays the handpan.
Alice loves traveling, exploring, and feel surrounded by nature. She's been practicing yoga since 2011 when living in a confusing city, she's started looking for a peaceful and meditative situation where you might listen to your inner self. From there, she started taking part in Hatha yoga classes and Buddhist meditation. Since that time, the physical part of yoga has become a regular daily practice. She studied to become a yoga instructor and she keeps taking part in teacher training, now focusing on Yin yoga, following the teaching of Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley.
