Join Sam on the magnificent Greek island of Lesbos. The end of the season is a special time for catching the last of the summer sun and enjoying the evening meals in open air. In September the season is pretty much over and the area is much quieter with far fewer tourists, the sea is still warm and there is time to relax before winter. We seek to provide a balance between a holiday and a focused yoga, health and healing experience. We take a maximum of 22 people. There will be 2 yoga teachers, to bring a variety of teaching styles to a mixed ability group. All levels, from beginners to experienced yogis are welcome.
All rooms are provided with twin beds thus allow double or single occupancy. They are equipped with tea making facilities and an en-suite with shower. Towels and bed-linen are available for use as well. There are three types of rooms to choose from i.e. Room with terrace and shower and Apartment with terrace, kitchen, bath and shower.

All retreat guests may enjoy the delicious vegetarian brunch which we offer daily. During evenings the guests are free to enjoy local restaurants of tavernas that offer excellent meals and a wide variety of local cooking. The fish restaurants along the marina are particular favorites. Evening meals cost around 18 EUR with wine.
Afternoons are free for rest, swimming, sight-seeing, visits to the hot springs, holistic therapies, shopping, coffee shops, etc. The guest may enjoy the swimming in the pool, the sea, or the exclusive use of the hot springs.
