Sally Parkes is the founder of Laxmi yoga 200-hour teacher training and has been practicing yoga since 1998, when after a series of sports injuries, she found yoga to be an amazing tool for healing the body. She has since completed several yoga teacher training, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hot yoga, and pre and post-natal yoga. With a keen interest also in Iyengar yoga, the style of yoga that she teaches on her courses is Vinyasa-based with a particular attention on alignment, with her teaching often being described as strong and steady.
With an honors degree in sports and exercise science and masters degree in sports and health sciences, Dawn has over 18 years experience of working within the sports, fitness, and health industry. Having trained with Ashtanga yogi Brian Cooper, Dawn is also a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance Astanga yoga teacher. She aims to amalgamate all this knowledge into an informative anatomy and physiology teacher training module and brings knowledge, experience, and passion to each class, workshop, or training course that she provides.

Anna has completed various trainings including a 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Hatha, and Meditation teacher training, Sally Parkes’ pregnancy yoga teacher training, the yoga Nidra foundation with Uma Dinsmore Tuli, Yin yoga teacher training with Kirsty Gallagher, and Unity Partner yoga teacher training with Sevanti. She has taken various Mindfulness courses, including Mindfulness-based stress relief, all of which inform her teaching. Anna has taught on many of Sally’s retreats and teaches Partner yoga for pregnancy and hypnobirthing on her pregnancy yoga teacher training.
Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga)
Midwife Dee Bell is one of the teachers during this training. She will teach about pregnancy and birth education. She will cover topics which include an in-depth discussion on hormonal changes during each trimester.
